Terms of service.

1. Service description

RankNow is an agentic SEO + paid-search + compliance platform. Customers ("you") use the platform to run AI agents that produce drafts and recommendations against your own properties or, with explicit authorization, properties belonging to your clients.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secret and for actions taken under your account. We use email-based magic-link authentication. Sharing magic-link emails with third parties is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to generate spam, manipulate search engines through prohibited tactics, infringe intellectual property, or violate the policies of integrated platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.). You are responsible for human review of all agent outputs before publication.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide and all content the platform generates on your behalf. We claim no rights to your data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

5. Compliance gate

The platform includes a compliance review gate that may flag or block actions it judges to violate applicable policies. The gate operates on a best-effort basis and does not substitute for legal counsel. You remain responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your business.

6. Pricing & billing

Pricing tiers are published on the marketing site. Billing details (payment processor, invoice cadence, refund policy) will be added before public launch.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer protections under German and EU law remain unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
